A pigment emulsion / paste is a highly concentrated, finely ground liquid suspension of pigment particles dispersed in water-based carrier with surfactants and stabilizing agents. It is the raw colorant used to tint clear printing bases.

Binder + 10% of Pigment Ink = Printable Water-Based Ink
